<span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">对员工作出处罚决定,应开具罚款单或书面处罚决定并由当事人签字,罚款单或书面处罚决定一式二份,一份交于被处罚人,一份交管理部存档和执行扣薪。</span> </li>

<span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">受二等处罚的员工如在职位工资降级的一年内工作认真,表现良好则一年后可恢复执行其处罚前的职位工资标准。</span> </li>
